HOW TO SOLVE PROBLEMS

HOW TO SOLVE PROBLEMS

MY OLD WRITINGS

If you go through these writings thoughtfully, you can gain some insights from them. This is also material for studying the language

Copyright Veikko J. Pyhtilä, 4.12. 2018, Finland

Biologically, biotechnically, nanotechnically

You can take a model from nature, see biomimetics. The natural sciences and their methods are developing and a lot of research is being done around the world. Objects can be developed and studied at the nanoscale level.

Chemically, materially, physically

According to the principles of green chemistry:

1. Prevention of waste generation

2. Atomic economy

3. Harmless chemical syntheses

4. Design of safe chemicals

5. Use of safe solvents and avoiding the use of auxiliary compounds

6. Minimizing energy use

7. Use of renewable starting materials

8. Avoidance of unnecessary wiring

9. Favoring catalysts

10. Decomposition of products at the end of their life cycle

11. Real-time analyses

12. Avoiding accidents, for example by choosing the right chemicals

New phenomena are still being observed in physics, what can they be used for?

Environmentally friendly

There are already many methods for solving environmental problems. You can further develop them and implement them, market them to others.

Saving energy, using energy efficiently

Many solutions already exist, they can be searched for, improved, evaluated and implemented.

Healthily, medically

Better drugs, fewer side effects, precision drugs. A high-quality, healthy, clean and appropriately dosed and periodized diet. Supplements proven useful and effective by research and experience. By good lifestyle habits, enough exercising and rest.

Knowingly, scientifically

Get information about the different options. Study. Explore. Make use of already studied information and practical experiences.

Administratively, politically, justly, socially, societally

You can make an impact with your opinions, by actively participating, by justifying decision-making.

Spiritually, mentally, ethically

Because of evil, there will be many problems. Nations with good morals do better. How could morale be improved?

Slowly or quickly, diligently

Invest in time and activity. Thoroughly or hastily.

Systematically, logically, thinking, reflecting, simple or complex, mathematically, structurally, modelling, innovatively

Prioritize. Organize. Model. Develop. Calculate. Evaluate.

Programmatically, automatically, digitally, with artificial intelligence

There are items that should be automated, use digitalization, information technology methods.

Practically and theoretically

Conveniently, user-friendly. Study the theories and try them in practice. A theory and a model can also be developed from good practice. Test, try.

Technically, industrially, by hand

There are many technical solutions, you have to look for them in the world and develop them.

Locally and/or globally

Local and global issues touch. Find out what solutions have already been developed.

Economically, expensively or cheaply, qualitatively, commercially

More information about commodity possibilities. Good price/quality ratio. Where can you save? Where you shouldn't be stingy. If you don't invest financially, you won't necessarily get a result. However, avoid wrong investments.

Artistically, graphically, humorously

Art can give new stimuli, it can be used to visually describe, create new architecture, design, etc.

Alone or cooperatively.

Solve both alone and cooperatively. Make use of social networks, network among operators.

Looking for ideas and ways with words

There can also be humor in this. There are good and bad ways how to solve problems. More vocabularies in different order are on these pages. In them you can find products and services that you could develop or for which you could start a company.

Partially humorous list of words how to solve problems, do not solve them immorally.

Ideas for problem solutions

Problems and development needs meet solutions or solutions meet problems.

Solutions are sought for problems and problems are sought for solutions.

A solution can be a product, service, method, development, an influential opinion that brings about change, etc.

Structure problems systematically and even find partial solutions to them.

Problems can be like a vicious circle or a chain reaction. Problems cause new problems.

Information is obtained from experiences, by reading, doing, researching, from others and yourself.

What is the shortest path from a problem to a solution?

Linguistic, conceptual, technical, artistic, social, etc. talent is needed.

Problems and solutions have many details and combinations, a combinatorial explosion can occur.

Not all solutions produce financial benefits, but other benefits that can also be reflected financially.

Problems and solutions also have time, place, speed, impact, importance, difficulty, impossibility, self-evidentity.

One should understand existence as a whole, which is impossible, so the problem area with its connections must be delimited.

Don't take it too difficult, keep it simple. But even complex methods can achieve good results if the solutions require them.

Problems will come up and problems should also be intentionally mapped, everyone can do it. How could it be even better, development needs? Problems can be sought and mapped by oneself and others for others.

Often the cause of problems is a lack of money. But when there is a lack of money, one should look for savings and where to get money, how to handle the same things more efficiently and cheaper.

Solving problems requires ingenuity, information acquisition and interaction with others. What solutions can I come up with and what have others already come up with. Good cooperation and brainstorming can help find solutions and improvements to problems.

The problem must be divided into sub-problems and at least a partial solution or relief sought.

Good leadership, organization of matters, division of tasks, areas of responsibility and everyone's joint responsibility, good communication, information flow and their improvement and development help. Everyone, both management and subordinates, should develop their working methods, skills, study and practice more.

Lack of time also causes many problems. Time management should be developed.

Prioritizing tasks and proceeding in a planned manner, but also immediately insightful progress.

Problems can be solved quickly with common sense, without theorizing them too much or making them too formulaic.

By finding and solving problems, you can come up with niche markets and business ideas.

By focusing on solving problems, you develop problem-solving skills, information-gathering skills, etc.

It requires thinking, experimenting, testing, refining, and searching for different solution options.

What is the goal, what exactly are you aiming for, what are the values, what are the ethics? What is wanted, what is not wanted.

What conflicts arise between the desires and needs of different people, communities, etc.

How do you start solving a tangle of problems? How do you approach the problem area?

First, you need to properly understand the problem areas and their interconnections with each other and with the rest of society.

Problems and their solutions are like a network, where common points must be found, problems must meet solutions.

Problems must be prioritized, in order of urgency, although all are important in their own way.

What can you come up with for other fields, something for problem solving and development?

There are many methods and approaches to solving problems, come up with and develop your own way!

What is your solution to solving problems?

If you don't have time, come up with a solution to your time-deficit problem! Develop your time management!

What are your most pressing problems?

What are the biggest problems in society?

What problems do you find in the business world, workplaces and with different people?

What can problem solving be?

Development, development and improvement
Study, teaching and learning
Work, activity and hobby
Health, good condition and enthusiasm
Capital, funds and income
Diligence, vigor and activity
Leadership, organization and cooperation
People, creators and supporters
Values, ethics and morality
Experience, knowledge and expertise
Science, art and skill
Legislation, operating methods and instructions
Attitudes, concentration and attention
Infrastructure, places and tools
Nature, substances and products
Simulation, modeling and calculation
Optimism, pessimism and realism
Ideation, thinking and reasoning
Dreaming, planning and implementation
Patience, compassion and agreement

And motive, motive and motive

STEP BY STEP MAPPING AND SOLUTION OF PROBLEMS

Are problems usually noticeable or not, are they hidden?

Are there problems when working together, in a team or alone?

Will there be problems connecting or separating different entities, parts?

What is the problem related to, is it dependent on?

When we compare to others, is our commodity better, more problem-free than others or the world has available?

Can the problem be explained, understood, limited, located? What are the causes of the problem? What are all the consequences of that, what does it affect?

Are there problems with the staff, are there human or equipment problems?

Can something be done about the problem, is it usually possible and how easy or difficult, expensive or cheap, time-consuming or quick to solve? Have we done everything possible yet?

Will there be enough benefit from solving the problem that it is worth solving? Can problem solving become a new business?

Will there be surprises that everything doesn't go as thought, assumed, planned?

How should the problem be solved, does the world already have ready-made solutions, can we take a model?

When should the problem be solved? How urgent is it? Will it only be solved in the future, only now?

What other problems must be solved at the same time?

What are the different options to solve the problem? Which of them would be the best, optimal solution?

Is it enough to solve the problem only partially, is it mitigated? Does the problem have to be solved completely and all the issues and other issues related to it?

Will the problem be solved by reforming, replacing the old with a new one, or going back to the old and tried and tested? Is the use of time, lack of time or abundance related to the problem? Does the problem vary at different times?

What could we all do together to address the problems, both to map them and to solve them? What can I do?

How significant or trivial is the problem? Is it a must-solve or a good solution?

What? Why? How? When? Where? The problem is, it happens. A solution will be made.

What is the root cause of the problem, who or what is causing it?

What resources, equipment, funds, time, know-how are needed, can be given or received? Who makes the decision or decides?

Is the problem already solved somewhere, but we just can't or don't know how to apply the method?

Is the problem personal, with loved ones, local, at home, abroad, global? What could Finns do or what could Finland do?

Does the problem concern people, nature, infrastructure?

How can the problem be divided into sub-problems and sub-solutions?

Is the problem new or old, permanent or temporary?

Does the problem occur at different times of the day? How do day or night or seasons affect the problem and its solutions?

Will the problem resolve itself over time or does something need to be done about it now?

Is the solution good or bad or somewhere in between? What risks or additional benefits are associated with the solution?

Who performs the steps to solve the problems? How many or who is affected by the problem? How many or who does it take to map it out and solve it?

Does the problem belong to us or to others? Whose problem is it?

Who will solve the problem first? Who is best to solve it?

How much and what work does mapping and solving require?

Is there only one solution to the problem or several? Can they be prioritized, in order of urgency?

Let's see if everything related has been taken into account?

Is the problem related to gender, language, race, ideology, religion, morality, health, age?

Which method, way, approach, point of view is chosen? Have you gone through all the views?

Is the problem or solution common or rare, special or common?

Is the problem related to the forces of nature, the weather, chance, or is it a matter of the spirit world?

What questions are still unanswered? What questions need to be asked or arise?

How has the problem been solved before, is there any information? How will the problem be resolved in the future? What problems are ahead in the future?

What do people think? What do you or I think? Does the problem or solution affect the person's mind or opinions?

Who knows best about the problem and its solution? What information must be obtained? Who knows and knows about it?

Can the problem and the solution be presented or solved figuratively, graphically, with numbers, indicators, by calculation. Can they be expressed more clearly in words?

How does the problem affect nature, humans, living things, non-living things?

Who ensures and states, evaluates, checks that the problem no longer exists and has been solved and how well?

Is there information or training about the problem and the solution? Who talks about it, informs about it?

Is everything now done, gone through, or what still needs to be done? Need to go from the general level to details and practical cases to actually implement, find problems and solve them?

Usually about problems and their weights

There are small, insignificant and big problems. There are unsolved and already solved problems.

There are problems for which there is no solution yet, but it is being developed and in the future they have already been solved.

There are already solutions for many problems, but we don't know how to apply them, or we don't know about possible solutions.

Problems and solutions are often individual, so you have to tailor a general solution to suit the target.

For someone the same thing is a problem, for another it is not. People solve life's little problems all the time, without having to put them on these websites with solutions.

It is necessary to consider from many points of view, which problems and solutions make sense to put on our site.

Not all problems are posted on the public site due to their sensitivity.

There is something to study and observe in problems, their characteristics and occurrence. You can invent and learn something from it when you specialize in problems and finding solutions to them.

How do we understand the problem, how is it defined, what exactly are they?

As existence is spiritual, mental and material, problems can be the same. All concepts can be somewhat problematic.

A problem that is felt to be necessarily or good to be solved is a real problem, a pressing problem.

The problems are really diverse, of many types. A large enough mass of people should be interviewed to get a diverse picture of the problems.

There are problems that are not even known to exist or it is not known where the problem lies.

The problems form a wide intertwining network of causes and consequences. The same solution can be applied at least as part of a solution to many problems. The problem can cause many other problems. You have to understand and study networks and chains.

If we settle for the current situation, development will not move forward. If the direction of development is wrong, it is necessary to find out the reasons, problems, solutions and change the wrong direction of development.

Things don't always go their own way without conscious effort in a good direction.

It may be that there are no problems now, but how do we make sure that there won't be any in the future.

By proceeding systematically, problems can be mapped and solved, from the general concept to the details and vice versa. That is, from main problem areas to private problems and detailed solutions. After all, problems can be encountered and solutions can also be found by chance.

So what exactly are we aiming for? Let's e.g. create work for the unemployed, secure a sufficient livelihood, improve the world, it can be partially utopia, but not everything is utopia. At least a solution can be found for problems that reduces the disadvantages of the problem. E.g. debt problem: You can't live in debt forever. If all debts were paid off at once, there would already be great poverty in Finland. We have lived beyond our means. Our well-being is partly a bubble. What would be the optimal way out of overindebtedness? Many problems and their solutions can be considered on these pages. One problem is that it is not easy to get people involved in constructive interaction.

Broader emphasis on values, factors and impacts in goals

There are many kinds of values. Values are also related to needs. Different people and entities in different situations and times have different emphasis and weight on different values and needs. Goals are set based on needs and values by weighting values and goals in different amounts.

There are an infinite number of factors and their impacts. A factor can also be an impact and an impact can be a factor. Almost everything affects everything, but in structuring, handling and modeling, only the most significant factors and impacts are taken into account. There are co-effects, counter-effects, partial effects, combined effects, individual or separate impacts, indirect and direct impacts, short-term and long-term impacts, and eternal impacts. We are constantly moving from the present situation and the moment to the future. We want to use current solutions to guide the near and far future and into eternity.

We can handle the universe by thinking, dividing the universe into parts or combining parts into wholes and combining wholes into the universe. The universe: the material, which can be observed physically and chemically, and the spiritual, which can be observed “with the senses of the soul” and/or experienced in a form other than material. There is also something in the universe that we cannot observe chemically and physically. If the model, goals and measures are built only on chemical-physical evidence, it is very incomplete. Spiritual, mental and ethical values must also be taken into account in everything.

Quality is a significant factor in structuring the universe, with good and evil as the overarching concepts. What is really good and what is really bad. Good is not always what feels good at the moment in the long run, and likewise not everything that feels and is experienced as bad about a person is not always bad in the long run. Structuring from parts to the whole. Structuring helps in managing and processing things.

Environmental friendliness, economy, health, comfort, safety, ethics, etc. The economy affects health and health affects the economy. The environment affects health and the economy. The economy affects the environment. The environment affects safety. The environment affects comfort. The economy affects ethics and ethics affects the economy.

If some significant value, factor and effect are ignored, the models and solutions will not be good enough. For example, if we consider the densification of the urban structure in terms of economy and comfort and proximity to nature, along with other values, are ignored, the decision to densify construction will be biased, which places too much emphasis on economy. On the other hand, if the comfort of the environment suffers and the market value of the apartments decreases, densification can also be an economically bad solution. In addition, an overly dense environment can have a detrimental effect on health, as it increases car traffic and its air polluting effect in the immediate vicinity. Densification can reduce traffic if people also have jobs and services close by, within walking distance. A looser structure would make it possible to produce local food in gardens and vegetable gardens, to exercise in cleaner air and a calmer environment. Finland has plenty of space, there would be no need to build cramped cities here. More livelihoods should be provided for the countryside, so that urban areas would not become congested and rural service production would be secured with a sufficient population base.

Should we build a completely new environment or repair the old one? We have to do both, because the investments already made in repairing the old ones will not be wasted and in creating a new, truly good living environment, everything would have to be designed from scratch. First, the workplaces, other services around them and the housing. It should be possible to create an almost car-free environment, where there would be local food, local energy, local products, etc., in other words, self-sufficiency in production and services taken as far as possible.

The most important values, needs, factors to be taken into account and impacts, goals and their emphasis should be listed and mapped. Even less important things can be important if they are significant components of a larger whole that is very meaningful. The resulting lists are used to review the parts, how they relate to each other and whether they are good, favorable, bad, or evil in both the short and long term. They can be used to evaluate goals and decisions. A comprehensive model should be built. However, the main discussion can be limited to the themes of ecology, economy, and well-being. The list is like a checklist, against which a new issue can be discussed.

A comprehensive approach to problems with points of connection

In functional medicine, the patient is approached holistically, and not just a single object or disease. In systems biology, we also approach the biological system as a whole, and not just some individual object. Similarly, problems can be approached as a whole, looking at all areas, which are nevertheless interconnected. Even if you focus on one narrow object, the problem will not be solved properly if you do not know all connections to other objects.

This site also aims to deal with parallels in two important areas when approaching problems and their solutions. You have to learn to manage and handle large entities. You can learn and invent a lot from it. You just have to be able to focus deeply enough and also from the top level on the existence.

Such an environment can also be very stimulating, as long as you get plenty of content in a well-structured way. Although there are many areas at the same time, there are similar legalities in them, which simplify the approach that seems very broad and bite off too big a piece at once. Let's even throw ourselves into a vast jumble, and there you can find something and come up with new connections from the seeds of ideas, from which you can build the main idea with solutions. On the other hand, you can also focus on a small detail, a problem, and look for solutions only for that.

To make the system, society, my own self, etc. work well as a whole without problems. On the other hand, problems also need to have an interest in finding a solution to them. If you never experience any problems, life can also become boring.

I will move the problem solving site forward as thoughts and ideas come. The basic idea was that there would be a big brainstorming session where problems and solutions would be found. But it seems that it will not take off without a leader who produces viewpoints that deviate from the norm, topics for thinking, ways of approaching and leads the search for problems and the search for solutions to them.

The purpose is also to study at least a little and find out what the world already knows about solutions to problems, what methods already exist. But even the methods are useless if there are no targets - problems to which they are applied. It takes time. Gradually, I will move forward with the site presenting the mapping of problems and development needs and their solutions. If you could get people involved, each one like a card in a pile, it would become a big collection of problems and their solution options. Midsummer and summer mean that people may not be hanging around the internet so much now. Summer time in Finland is quite short, let's enjoy it.

Happy Midsummer and the continuation of the summer!

Common ways of problem solving

• Solving the problem as a model of the system before applying it to a real system.

• A solution to a similar problem.

• In brainstorming, several solutions or ideas are combined and developed in a group until the optimal solution is found.

• Breaking down a large, complex problem into smaller, solvable problems.

• We assume a possible explanation for the problem and try to prove or, in some situations, disprove the assumption.

• We approach solutions indirectly and creatively.

• We choose an action for each step to get closer to the goal.

• Synthesizing seemingly incompatible properties of different objects into a new one.

• The output and interactions of the entire system are evaluated.

• Trying to prove that the problem cannot be solved. The point where the proof fails is the starting point for solving it.

• Changing a problem into another problem for which solutions exist.

• Utilizing existing ideas or adapting existing solutions to similar problems.

• We identify the causes of the problem.

• By testing possible solutions until the right one is found.

There is information about problems and solutions, but they should be structured for better utilization

There is a lot of information and repetition of the same things, the information is confusing, so structuring and presenting it briefly and concisely should be developed. There is a lot of silent and unused information. When a large number of people are looking for solutions, then you might find really inventive solutions, if people don't think in the same mold. On the other hand, the same boundary conditions and natural laws lead to similar solutions.

There are many problems in Finland and the world that have not been satisfactorily solved. If there is e.g. unemployment and poverty, something more effective should be done for them. The largest possible number of people should be involved in the search and development of solutions.

When we start conceptually from the top level to the more precise sub-levels, it clarifies the mass of information. From one field, solutions for other fields can be invented. If you only focus on a narrow field, many ideas from another field may not be used, even if they are suitable as a solution for your own field. This is why this website aims to approach problems and solutions in a comprehensive, wide-ranging way. Problem areas and solutions should be well classified so that it is clear to search for and utilize information.

The big problem is that people cannot be brought into active and useful interaction with each other. It is also difficult to gain visibility on the internet, so only a few people happen to come to this site as well. If you have a good job and a living and otherwise things are relatively good, you don't bother to care about other people's problems. Or you have so many problems of your own that you can't bear to focus on other people's problems yet.

I myself have experienced a lot of unemployment, although there have been struggles when trying to develop myself by studying, coming up with business ideas, etc. This is one driving force that I try to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the internet in order to employ myself and others. But so far I haven't succeeded. I'll try again. Setting up a website, at least on a small scale, does not cost so much that it is not worth using it. This is a really nice hobby, you can publish your opinions. On this site, too, you can present problems and solutions as mere opinions that others can evaluate, from which others can get stimulation. Of course, it is good that there are solutions that have already been tested in practice. But you can get new thoughts, ideas and suggestions for improvement from opinions.

Everyone wants to do something for the solution of the problems. Mapping problems and looking for solutions can be very interesting when you have to try to get results and experience and possibly discover something new. Interaction with others can also be rewarding. What stops people from participating? Lack of time? Can't think of anything to say? Things go on their own way, but they haven't because there are unsolved problems in Finland and the world that are getting in the way. When everyone thinks that it's crazy, it's not worth participating, then it becomes that too. If a large number of people thought that this makes sense and would try their best to make the development go forward, IT WOULD REALLY BE A SUCCESS, God willing! Even though we only live for a moment in this time, we still want to enjoy this moment satisfactorily, but in such a way that it does not conflict with what is to come. The joy of doing, trying, experimenting is also rewarding for the mind.

THE UNEMPLOYMENT PROBLEM

When there are not enough jobs for everyone, there is unemployment. Unemployment results in livelihood problems and it increases expenses and reduces income from society, companies and citizens. The skills of the unemployed do not develop by studying alone. There is no labor shortage, but with specific and conversion training and keeping staff in reserve to learn, you can quickly get skilled labor when it is needed. For companies, the pursuit of profit should not be the main thing, but in good years they should save for bad years and constantly develop products and services to maintain competitiveness. All employees, companies and the public economy should have the goal of the common good. Great enrichment is madness and there is no sustainable development when it happens at the expense of others, at the expense of the environment, health and ethical values. It does not fundamentally bring happiness to a person that he becomes financially rich to an excessive extent. Acting in the best interests of others and oneself and earning a reasonable living keeps a person happier.

Society changes quickly, some professions disappear or are no longer needed as much as before and new professions are created. The change can be so fast that at some point there is a shortage of workers in a certain field and they have to train a lot, and the situation can change in just a few years to the point that not so much is needed and too much training has been done. The market situation changes and fluctuates and the tasks can be of a project nature, when the project ends, it will not necessarily be replaced by a new one with the same amount of employment.

When you become long-term unemployed as a result of many unfortunate events and the long-term unemployed are discriminated against in hiring, the situation gets even worse. An unemployed person does not develop a career or accumulate capital that he could use to start his own company or buy an existing one and start as a continuation. It must be a really good idea to dare to invest in it, to take a loan. Many products and services require long-term development to become competitive. An entrepreneur needs a good cooperation team. Together you can achieve miracles better than alone, but it requires a great deal of activity and morale from all partners, and their skills and efforts must be in harmony to achieve common goals.

If unemployment could also be distributed equally among the citizens, then the overworked would be able to take vacation years to breathe and develop themselves, and the unemployed would be able to train and their skills would not rust. In this way, there would be a larger reserve of experts, so that there would be no shortage of experts.

There are sectors where a certain number of staff must be present at all times. There is also a need for growth sectors that would employ those released from shrinking sectors and new young or even elderly workers. In the past years, there was a shortage of workers in the computer industry, and you could get into the field with short, specific training and self-study. Now the requirement is at least a university degree or excellence gained through experience to get a job in the IT field. Nowadays, there may be a shortage of health and elderly care personnel, but there may still be unemployment, not all those trained in the field get a job. Nursing work requires public funds, unless the client has the wealth to pay for the services. Society must have basic industries that generate funds for the pursuit of other industries. Productivity is, of course, the production of health, safety, order, environmental well-being, spiritual, good moral maintenance. Not all productivity can and should not be measured in money, although the production of general well-being needs a good financial base.

Veikko J. Pyhtilä, 2005

LEARNING AND DEVELOPING BY DOING, EMPLOYMENT

Nowadays, a lot of money is wasted on useless education. Too many people would not need to study so far theoretically, so many fields and overlapping. Specific training and more learning by doing would be enough. The young, the elderly, the unemployed should be formed into making and development projects, where one only studies according to the need for theory and learns by doing.

Could society and/or companies form groups of the unemployed and their staff to learn, research, develop and do. There are already many highly educated and experienced unemployed people, from whom groups could be formed, and in exchange for unemployment compensation and additional daily allowances, they could be engaged in useful activities that further develop their skills. More learning by doing and less learning in theory, because then practical wisdom would develop. Many things are done on paper and in theory, but in practice they are not realized in the desired way and successfully, experiments are needed.

After the Second World War, Finland has rapidly developed from a poor country, with the greatest challenges, to a fairly prosperous one, even though there was not as much higher education as it is today. Back then, you learned a lot on the job and only what was necessary, usually without expensive and time-consuming training. Only a part of the people got further education. For example, in a company, it is enough if a few people have advanced training, they can share information and know-how with others as needed.

Top managers and key personnel in the company have also had to familiarize themselves with practical work and problems, so that they have become top product developers and managers. Nowadays, the highly educated may lack practicality, the desire to take risks, they have learned to receive information rather passively, without their own ideation, initiative, information acquisition having developed and the activity for development and trying to have increased sufficiently.

We should map out the sectors, regions and details that need development in Finland and the world, and which development should be invested in in order to maintain and increase competence, improve competitiveness, create jobs and protect nature. Much of the money currently wasted on education should be directed to specific training, product development, job creation and development projects.

Precision training, learning by doing and development also need places and tools, it should be possible to make more use of existing educational institutions and companies. Development projects also need good leaders, for example, the public and private sector should form good leadership and coordination for the projects from the expertise found in the vacant teaching staff, companies and the unemployed.

It is difficult and uncertain for a single person, an unemployed, capital-poor community to start moving development forward. Larger networks and members should be formed into active cooperation by public authorities or larger companies. We need the whole of Finland, all Finns and, if necessary, also from abroad to cooperate for the development of our country and the world in a favorable direction. Otherwise, Finland and the whole world will change and has already turned into a backwater, where wars are fought and fought over scarce resources and an adequate standard of living.

Professional secrecy, copyright matters must also be ensured through contracts and confidentiality obligations, so that competitors do not get an undeserved advantage. Companies and communities that would join the projects with their own investment would be able to take advantage of the knowledge and experience gained from them. Actions, information and ideas that would be funded universally could be usable by all people and communities.

The participant in on-the-job learning and the development of professional skills would be obliged, if employed, to be at work for at least an agreed period of time, if the organization that organized them had a job to offer. If there is academic unemployment in Finland, unemployed doctors, engineers and a lot of people who are not in positions corresponding to their education and in positions for which even less education would be sufficient, is it reasonable to invest so much funding in the current education. Many jobs and decisions often only need common sense and simple skills. Simple reaching a goal can drown under multiple theories and thought structures and book wisdom. There is a lot of tacit knowledge and experience that cannot be described in words and illustrations in literature without practical experience.

By doing this, learning and development could also be organized in a natural environment without large office costs. At the same time, you could enjoy Finland's nature, and also take care of your physical and mental health. If learning, illustrating and doing work requires physical exercise, then you should also maintain your fitness. Or in your free time in nature a while moving, new thoughts and ideas can come and in the mind you can structure and organize things. Yes, everyone working, unemployed and retired should be able to enjoy Finland's short summer and also other seasons in order to refresh themselves, because the long dark autumn-winter season is about to come again.

One of my suggestions for this: the berries, mushrooms and herbs in Finnish forests can be better used as food and health, for example with guided groups. There should be more cultivation and use of berries, vegetables and roots in Finland, for example in suitable groups and as collective farms. There is no need for so much food imported from far away. Of course, birds and other living things must always have their part in nature, and farming must be in harmony with nature.

The methods of artificial intelligence, data processing, logic and mathematics help in solving problems

A solution must be found quickly

What does this entail?

You have to learn and practice applying the methods of artificial intelligence and generally data processing and mathematics.

There must be reliable and meaningfully useful data warehouses and ideas that are needed to apply and utilize the methods. If there are none, data must be collected. Research provides new information, and artificial intelligence can also help with that.

Everything requires time and also funding. The applications themselves should be such that the customer saves time and money in them. Even as a hobbyist, you can already learn a lot and take things forward. There has to be enthusiasm, even if you don't go over-optimistic.

It is difficult for small and medium-sized companies to compete with large companies, but through networking and cooperation, they can gain the competitiveness of large companies.

Good, comprehensible learning materials are needed for faster understanding and application of artificial intelligence. In general, developing learning materials can speed up learning and improve quality.

In-depth knowledge of application areas helps in developing better software and users should also be made to understand how artificial intelligence works and where the results come from.

We also need good development environments where artificial intelligence applications can be created and knowledge can be modified for artificial intelligence.

It is necessary to get a broad and versatile picture of where we are going and what the world is developing. Also, everyone has to use their own brain and common sense. Imitation does not create new things, although good methods should be adopted, originality is also needed to find new opportunities and targets.

The user must be helped to describe the problem and the need, what he wants. The homepage must have the information in such a format that the artificial intelligence can choose the best options for the customer based on them. Artificial intelligence must be so developed and fast that it performs its tasks well.

This article can gather more important aspects of how artificial intelligence, data processing and mathematics methods help in solving problems. When you have studied more and gained more experiences, you are wiser. There is always something to learn and develop, even for those who are already advanced in the application of artificial intelligence and other methods.

The new object model of knowledge and the Internet

On the Internet, in expert information, there is a lot of repetition of the same thing in different sources. Common knowledge should be gathered, repetition of the same information, incorrect and uncertain information should be removed, expressions should be clarified. If there was a collection of the same facts, different actors could link to it when creating their home pages. And also from that upper level, you could go to the lower levels to more in-depth information obtained from different operators and to see the goods they offer. The basic image material could also be shared. Each actor would only produce the part of the information and images where their information differs from the basic information. Even different industries have common basic information and they too could use the same pieces of information. If the data is divided into pieces of partial data, different combinations could be put together.

For example, Finnish-language medical and environmental information could be combined into a single database, which could be supplemented with information available from foreign sources and translated into Finnish. In that context, you could check the information, which are facts. There may be different facts in different situations and cases. The data structure should be built with artificial intelligence programs and logical reasoning in mind: If it's like this, then it's like that. The probability of this is e.g. 50%, etc. If the information were condensed, it would be faster to search, read and understand it. The information should be constantly updated, in which case it would only be necessary to do it in one place. Public finance institutions could at least combine the common same information. Similarly, private actors in the same field could combine their common basic knowledge, but the preservation of competition can prevent, should monopolies become. However, from the point of view of society, it would be good not to waste resources on the same work multiple times in creating information reserves, but the resources saved could be used for something else.

Likewise, there could only be one directory of companies, actors, and organizations in the upper and lower portals. However, this is not accepted by the different competitors, everyone wants to produce their own style, and there are several competitors who produce directory services. Even if they lose income from this area, they could focus on something else. A lot of development of artificial intelligence applications is needed to utilize and retrieve data, and it would be easier if a common data pool was assembled that artificial intelligence would use. The cooperation of several actors would be needed to create a common basic data reserve. The idea would be that no one would have to do the same job multiple times.

A completely new Internet would be needed, where all information would be available only once. Of course, there should be multiple backups and copies to prevent data from being lost in the event of an accident. The problem with gathering and combining data is that not everyone agrees on the truth values of the data and not all actors can be made to cooperate. There is a lot of uncertain and experiential knowledge, which is true in some cases and not in others. Gathering, editing, checking and structuring data requires time, money, and impartial experts to check the validity of the data. At least on a small scale, this idea could be implemented, e.g. with user-friendliness in mind. If you limit the information you only focus on. In solving and developing problems, only related information is needed: Causes, problems, development needs, solutions and their risks, pros and cons. But even so, the information swells up, because the problems are directly or indirectly related to everything else. Ordinary users should have simplified and narrower information, experts should have common deeper and broader information available. Copyright issues can also be a problem, there is a lot of compiled information subject to copyright, of which extensive taking requires permission and copyright fees. There are also trade secrets and secret information that cannot be given and yet free to all the public. It is necessary to define the information, what is subject to copyright and who owns the copyright even when the information is combined and edited. If actors link to shared data, they should pay for it to the entities that compiled the data and maintain the data. Well-condensed, simple, basic information compiled from many different sources, when the source information is indicated, is possible and the compilers are entitled to the copyright of the compilation. In other words, in order to make such an object structure of knowledge, cooperation and agreements on the distribution of costs, income and copyright are needed from different parties.

Getting to know the knowledge itself, the expressions of the language, how information is structured and put into objects requires a lot of research, time and development, standardization of sentences, because the same thing can be expressed with many kinds of sentences. Even when the same sentence is put in a different context, it can already be different information. Sentences are therefore tied to the context, just like words, and their meaning can be different in different contexts. The information must also be evaluated in terms of significance, importance, weight, what is included and what can be left out. Especially free-form information can have a lot of filler words and expressions, which makes reading more natural and pleasant. As facts, their information content could be presented more briefly, but it can be list-like and rambling. The same information may be more meaningful to some than to others. Here also comes the appreciation of people's different things and styles, what kind of text they prefer to read, what is most clearly stated for each. An expert can understand even from an incomplete text in his field, but to a person who doesn't know anything about the matter yet, he has to explain the root as best he can, because the basic knowledge and understanding of the concepts in the field is missing.

When only very short summaries of well-established basic information are collected on the upper portal, they are no longer copyrighted by anyone other than the author of the summary. And when the summaries provide links to the homepages of various operators and information providers, the owners of the pages that open from these links are responsible for their deeper information, both in terms of copyright and reliability. However, this is not how the ideal object model of knowledge and the Internet is realized.

Artificial intelligence is developing, we would need good data reserves for them. Creating appropriate, extensive data reserves requires several parties, time, money, and know-how. Good data warehouses and well-developed artificial intelligence together would enable faster and better services. But they also have the risk of distorting decision-making, because information and programs are never perfect, and in the end, a person has to evaluate the results of reasoning and automatic choices. It is necessary to know what data the result is based on, whether the result was based on biased or uncertain data, at least partially.

Veikko J. Pyhtilä, 6 September 2017

Good basic information is needed so that artificial intelligence can solve problems optimally

First of all, a thorough description of the problems with connection points is needed. In this way, artificial intelligence can be used to accurately select the target for the desired case, where we go to find solutions.

Problems must have information compiled from several different solution options with different weights. For example, if you emphasize price, quality, ecological, etc. characteristics, you will get different results for different emphasis values.

The problems for which solutions are sought must be suitable for artificial intelligence and necessary to be solved.

We can first go through how several different experts together with lay people would solve the problem. Sometimes the problem and its solutions have to be taught to the artificial intelligence from a huge mass of data, from which the artificial intelligence makes conclusions, looks for legalities. In such cases, a person is not necessarily capable of what artificial intelligence can achieve.

Even with traditional programming, by retrieving information from the database, and with the reasoning and calculation of the program, solutions to problems and choices from different options can be sought.

A person can also make solutions to problems and search for them and choose the best one by reasoning and calculating without artificial intelligence. But even that requires information, on the basis of which reasoning is done, and know-how.

All data processing therefore needs data to be processed. If we could gather a massive database of different problems and their solution options, we could start practicing artificial intelligence techniques for solving problems. Or to make choices with the human brain, as we have been doing until now based on knowledge. The experts' own opinions may distort the information, so the whole nation with its tacit information is needed to evaluate and supplement the knowledge. Do you want to be backward and live in the backwoods, or do you want to be progressive, reduce problems and improve the world. Participate, for example, as a card in the pile, if you have something to say and experience about a problem and its solutions, so that even a small mass of information can be gathered to solve the problems.

The information itself must be clear, comprehensible, well structured, reliable, so that it can be used to solve problems, make choices and draw conclusions. And you have to have information, if you don't know, you won't be able to act rationally.

If there is enough time and fitness, I could study artificial intelligence techniques thoroughly and focus on, for example, medical knowledge. But even in this case, a data warehouse is needed, on the basis of which artificial intelligence makes decisions. I am gradually studying medical things, it helps in understanding the application area where I could practice artificial intelligence techniques. I am already an aging person, and health matters are emphasized even more, even though health matters have to be paid attention to since childhood. That is why it is interesting to study medicine on your own. Environmental issues have also interested me out of necessity, because a healthy nature is also a prerequisite for a healthy human life and environmental issues can also create new jobs, as well as solving problems in general.

Thinking theoretically, processing and researching information, language and expressions in general can be interesting. What can be observed from language, what can be concluded based on it. How to structure text for artificial intelligence is a challenge and something to study, what has already been developed around the world. Let's dress up a chapter as facts, which facts would be useful in making a decision about something. So you have to know how to extract useful information from reading passages and also summarize sentences. This skill is also needed for studying.

Oh, if only there were more time. The acquisition of knowledge and learning progress slowly or not at all, when everyday essentials already take time and exercise and rest are also needed. There is a lot of interesting things to study and explore in the world, in nature and in your own body.

Good macro-, micro- and nano-level solutions together give a good end result

I have mainly written guidelines and my opinions on the macro level. Now would be the time to get into practice on the micro and nano levels. When we get actors to present in detail their products and services that solve problems and improve the world, then we already get to the mini or micro level. The nano level is already the level of atoms, molecules and cells. In health and environmental matters, we also have to study things at the nano level and deal with problems. Nanotechnology has become even more advanced, atoms, molecules and cells can already be seen with the devices developed to examine them. However, top-down solutions are needed, as well as reviews and solutions that go from the grassroots and nano-level to larger entities.

Macro-level plans have also been made in health care reform, but the practical level of what doctors, nurses and other staff do and what skills, methods, tools, medicines, etc. have a great impact on a good outcome, both financially and health-wise. The same is true of environmental issues or any industry and what people do. So we need upper and lower levels, their control and detailed work.

When we go into details, there are a huge number of items that are waiting for improvement, development and solutions to problems. If only professional secrets were not too closely held, so that well-invented and developed solutions could be put to as many useful uses as possible. The learned methods can then also be further developed. Greater openness would promote development and solutions to problems. We can give to others and receive from others.

On which broader entities and details do you or I focus. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. You can strengthen your strengths and weaknesses, if not by your own actions, then by adopting them from others. When we strive to do our work and studies as well as we can, we are solving society's problems as well.

As a laboratory technician and trained in the computer field, I want to focus mainly on data processing, health and environmental issues. Of course, the economy and many other things are interesting, and it is necessary to take them into account and to do your part to move them forward as well. You can also go backwards if you have gone in the wrong direction while going forward. I hope that there will be participants who specialize in different fields and look at things interdisciplinary, like me. You can also present opinions and views and not only products, services, methods, etc.

CAUSES AND EFFECTS, A NETWORK OF PROBLEMS CAUSES, CONSEQUENCES AND SOLUTIONS

These networks of causes and consequences are self-evident things, but by delving more deeply into them, new common points can be found and solutions to problems can also be found by removing their causes.

A person's financial problems can be caused by unemployment, unexpected expenses, e.g. medical expenses, there are few savings and if car repair costs come unexpectedly, it can already swing the economy. If you have a family, your spouse's or children's expenses can unexpectedly increase. The apartment may also incur plumbing and other renovation costs. If a person has not practiced thrift and still does not reserve for a bad day, the ability to pay may be insufficient for unexpected expenses. Borrowing costs also cause expenses.

If a person is sick or has been sick since birth or youth, he is not necessarily capable of 100% work efficiency and results when doing work. A person's situations also affect the success of studying.

A person's financial problems are also reflected in the public finances and the purchasing power of companies' customers.

If you've been unemployed for a long time, you won't accumulate that much pension. It is also more difficult to become an entrepreneur when you have not accumulated savings to get start-up capital and even if you buy a ready-made company to start with. Also, work experience up to the point of becoming an expert was not accumulated, on the basis of which one could establish, for example, a consulting company. On the other hand, unemployed people have had time to study and develop themselves even more than those who are working.

If the company's products and services are not competitive and cannot be made known to a wide customer base and can be effectively marketed, the company will not get customers and profitability will suffer. And usually you can't even start a business with a small amount of capital, unless the idea is so good that it gets funding and customers. Marketing, advertising and publicity also require money. If there are a lot of poor people who have no purchasing power, it is more difficult for a company to have a hundred customers. If people, companies and different parties are so busy that they don't even have time to get to know the company's products, then that also reduces demand. If the interaction with the customers does not work, then the goods offered do not meet the customers' needs properly, because they have not been sufficiently customized from the customers' point of view. Getting started in business can be difficult, especially with no capital.

On the other hand, if consumption and demand are high, especially for products that require a lot of energy and raw materials, it can consume and spoil the environment more than low consumption. On the other hand, when companies receive income from customers, they have a better chance of taking sustainable development into account in all their operations.

The network of these causes and consequences could be continued ad infinitum. And if we go to a detailed level, the networks become massive. An information system with parameters can be built, which can be used to simulate and evaluate the network of causes and consequences in terms of financial and other values. You could easily make a model with a spreadsheet program. The biggest challenge is the collection of reliable data. Proportionality in e.g. values also varies. Different people value different things differently.

A common sense and intuition can be used to make a preliminary assessment. But reliability in estimates, needs calculation and testing in practice.

DURABILITY AND LONGEVITY OF PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS A CHALLENGE FOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND PURCHASE DECISIONS

The socks wear out after just a few uses. The glues on the shoes come off, both the inner and outer soles wear out quickly. Zippers break. The elastic bands on the pants stretch to the point that the pants, which are otherwise in good condition, do not stay on. Cars rust and wear out and otherwise require frequent maintenance and repairs. Buildings have to be repaired, water pipes burst. Paintings don't last. In the razor, the small plastic projection breaks, so that the cutting part does not stick. There are, no matter how many, examples of products and materials having too short a shelf life.

The manufacturers have even intended to make the product wearable enough that it would be enough to go around. But if a product wears out and breaks too easily and quickly, I think the same customer won't buy anymore. brand unless it is cheap enough. Have to buy when more durable ones are not available. Durability can increase the price of the product. But if you think that you will get a durable product, you could pay more for it and if there is a saving in the long term, then the saved funds can be used for some other consumption. Energy, materials and time are saved and at the same time the environment is saved when the products are more durable. The recyclability of products also improves when they have a longer lifespan.

The supply of long-life products increases the company's competitiveness and customers' purchasing power. If we think in the long term: Customers don't need as much income when the products have a longer lifespan. Employees do not need to be paid so much, because they can get by with even the smallest income or the working hours can be shortened. Business can increase the supply of products and services if people have more purchasing power.

Paid work in itself is not an end in itself, but that people get along. If consumers get by with less and companies get by with less, there is no need to do so much gainful work and no need for so much capital. When buildings, equipment and tools are more durable, in the long term it reduces investment costs and thus the need for capital. However, in the beginning, when you have to develop and produce more sustainably, it can tie up more capital, know-how and time. Even more durable materials can cost more.

The conditions of use and how the product is used also determine the durability. In the operating conditions in which the product has to be used, the product and material must at least last a reasonably long time. Could nanotechnology and other new and old methods help to develop more durable and longer-lasting products, however, in such a way that they would not harm the environment and health.

In addition to other factors, the development targets of humidity, temperature, friction, tensile strength, chemicals and the durability of the model and methods themselves, obsolescence, etc., should be taken into account even better. Price, practicality, design, lightness, manufacturability, saleability, etc. have to be taken into account at the same time. Sustainable products and materials are necessary for the environment, and it is profitable for society as a whole, at least in the long term.

Good reuse and recycling properties are also essential. Environmentally friendly disposal after decommissioning is also necessary. This is a challenge for product development and also for buyers and sellers to offer customers more sustainable products. Customers should also receive unbiased and tested information about the durability of products and materials, so that making purchase decisions would be easier. So I challenge to develop more durable shoes, socks, clothes, buildings, equipment, etc. and to find more durable products and services with a good price/quality ratio for sale!

C7. End of life cycle

You need to know exactly all the steps and resource consumption of your product. An LCA program and good databases are needed for the assessment, where the environmental effects for different sites have been calculated. The results are always estimates and guidelines. As LCA calculation methods develop, databases and data collection improve, the accuracy increases.

You can try to roughly evaluate your product, which target (A1-A6) your product affects and how (B1-B7) and at which stage of the product's life cycle (C1-C7) values 0-5, 5 being the best value. Put the estimates in the cell in order for B1-B7 and add up the scores. You will have to make 294 assessments, unless you choose only the most significant issues, if some of the factors are not of great weight or are out of the case in question. If you do all 294 evaluations, the score will be higher, if only some, it will be lower. Add up the scores. Scores range from 0-1470.

You can try to improve an object and compare with previous values, while taking into account that the environmental effects in another object do not worsen.

Choices at different stages have a lot of influence. The same product can have different values in different contexts. If a heavy product is brought from far away, it increases the adverse effects of the environment. If the product is only used for a short time, its environmental impact in terms of manufacturing increases. If an outdated product consumes the environment during use, then at some point it should be replaced, for example, with a more energy-saving model. The entry of harmful substances into nature should be prevented by taking the product to an appropriate facility, where it can be disposed of without harming nature too much.

Housing, construction and people's behavior also affect the environment, in addition to production and products. Walk, use a bicycle, avoid unnecessary driving. Avoid unnecessary energy consumption, etc. There are many instructions on these matters and even common sense tells you in many cases which behavior is better for the environment.

Networking within tight communities could solve many problems

When the entire nation, e.g. Finns, cannot be made to network and act together and for the good of all, could it still succeed within communities formed by like-minded people. Communities can have many types of members in many different life situations. The community could gather to think together and network in such a way that jobs are organized for the unemployed in the community, care is taken for the sick, know-how can be shared, one can learn from others, etc. There are a lot of experts in the community, there are entrepreneurs, there are rich, poor and everything in between. There are certainly also many ideas that can be refined and carried forward within the community.

The community may gather in the signs of their ideas and beliefs. Could it also meet practically in such a way that the members of the community who need help are mapped and those members who could give help. There are entrepreneurs who need labor and company development, and there are students who need work. Close networking would help. Many times, ideas and issues are not wanted to be shared with the entire nation and the world, but within the community it could already be successful if the members of the community form a group that loves and respects each other.

Community members could seek to buy from other members and sell to their other members. If help is needed from outside the community, the community could also do that in cooperation. After all, the community can still be divided into different committees that would specialize in solutions to a certain problem area.

Community spirit and communities could therefore offer much more than they currently offer to their members. It is more difficult to get people who disagree and have different ideas and values to work together than circles of like-minded people.

Is it the case that there is no fruitful cooperation even within the communities, but there is so much disagreement, which can be a wealth, if only they can be reconciled. This gives a versatile picture and a variety of solution options, which can be further refined and tested in practice. Many people have not even thought about the possibilities of the community, everyone just wants to curl up in their own problems and affairs without talking about them to others and without relying more widely within the community to solve problems together.

Leaders, organization and members' activity and enthusiasm are needed, both for themselves and for their fellow members. The community must be ethically and spiritually at a high level, so that it can engage in such a noble service of love and for the benefit of its neighbors and at the same time for itself. Do to others what you want done to yourself. Prejudices, attitudes, doubts, etc. can be reduced together, and when the result is achieved, it brings more faith in the benefits of networking.

Within the community, it is possible to think and plan in more detail how to proceed in detail, which issues and problems to focus on and how to solve them.

BETTER INTERACTION BETWEEN ENTREPRENEURS AND CUSTOMERS WOULD REVIVE THE ECONOMY

Entrepreneurs should look for new products, services and needs and develop them. And all the time also informs customers about the possibilities, benefits, better features that products and services bring to customers. Customers should also express their wishes, needs and problems to entrepreneurs so that they can better meet customer demand.

The slow development of the economy and the accumulation of problems are due to the fact that the different parties do not meet each other sufficiently well and actively. Now the interaction in Finland is very passive. Not commenting, not giving feedback either way. You don't want to give even a hint of an idea for the benefit of others. But we ourselves are eagerly picking up other people's ideas for our own benefit. Cooperation does not work in Finland. If the Finns could be brought into strong mutual cooperation, then everyone would benefit. With significantly better and livelier cooperation between all operators, producers and consumers, the Finnish economy and employment would rise. But it just doesn't work to get people activated for the common good. A reward is immediately demanded, the result of even a small amount of effort shared or for the benefit of another. Especially those parties who can afford it, should increase demand from companies and feedback to them.

It could also be the case that the customers would offer the companies something, for which the companies would correspondingly give the customers some advantage. If the rigidity between people and the lack of interaction could be revived into active interaction, then the management of things would also be revived, speeded up and livened up. Cooperation could bring about miracles. Even the current structures and practices can be so rigid that Finns cannot be persuaded to cooperate with each other, nor can the entire world, to solve common problems. Selfishness, greed and, on the one hand, envy and bitterness, on the other hand, habit prevent active interaction.

What can I do alone, when neither others nor everyone goes along, that's how they think. But a small spark, a reaction could cause a chain reaction that would activate a larger number of people to join. They should be altruistic at first and when even a thousand people start cooperating with each other without selfishness, what would that achieve. 10 people is perhaps still too small a group, it has too few resources in terms of time, wealth, know-how and ideas and their refinement.

Now the internet offers enormous opportunities for interaction, couldn't it be utilized much more. Now there have been proposals for Finnish actions, but it is always missing who actually implements them in practice. And how everything actually works and comes true in practice. I don't want to get people, actors, entities, companies, decision-makers moving. And even if decisions are made, they cannot be implemented properly or bad decisions are made.

Everything has to be constantly developed and refined, because the surrounding world is constantly changing. A way of working that worked well in the past may no longer work well today. A lot of information is needed to promote good decision-making and measures. And citizens, companies and institutions have that information. All information available and usable.

Veikko J. Pyhtilä, 12 April 2016

Market from a problem solving perspective, Link to your site from one centralized directory!

There could be an extensive commodity directory body where links are sold to entrepreneurs and other actors. Selection of commodities is made from more than 90,000 common words in the Finnish language. The directory can be made compact and comprehensive for ethically suitable goods, also for smart phones to browse closely. Let's map problem and development areas together and offer solutions for them in the world around us. Certainly many customers expect competitive solutions, products and services. The world is never ready, there is always something to develop and improve. When technology and methods develop, you have to learn to use them fully and effectively.

Do we want to stay stagnant and the competitors go ahead. Let's stop sometimes, despite the rush, to think about all the processes and the goods offered. When all the stages from initial production to the end of the life cycle are mapped, there is definitely something to develop. Let's think about things from many different perspectives, both in new developing ways and in old tried and tested ways. We study and acquire new information and explore where we are going in the world. We learn to structure, evaluate, categorize, organize, do better in terms of time use, quality, efficiency, environmental friendliness, healthiness, practicality, user friendliness, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, etc. If you never stop and go like a "headless chicken", before long you will "sink into the swamp".

Isn't solving problems interesting and challenging at the same time? It develops thinking, it develops abilities, know-how. It's instructive. Knowledge, experience and research are of great value. One should learn to do a variety of valid, reliable research. And also make use of already obtained research results. Research should not be biased and dishonestly biased to support only some points of view. Everything can be structured into some kind of problems and their solutions. If we are left to solve problems alone, the solutions can be skewed in the wrong direction. We need collective intelligence, the world and existence in general are so complex that we rarely manage alone. However, it is worth trying to solve problems independently and bringing your own input, ideas, abilities and combining good aspects from others.

There are also challenges in evaluating the future. Of course, we probably can't know where we're going, but it's good to have plans in case of a "bad day". The near future can be planned more precisely than the more distant future. There is also the aspect that whoever is the first to introduce new innovations can have an advantage. On the other hand, it is expensive to experiment and develop something new. What has already proven to be functional and profitable in the new should be put into use if there are not too many obstacles to it. There is a lot of information and ideas, who would compile a summary of them and maintain a list of them and service providers. This site does its part, but we can't do it alone. No one is perfect at birth, if the environment does not offer opportunities for development, then there will be a growth and development disorder.

Together, we make a website that serves you and us for acquiring information, following development and competitors, innovating, and promoting the marketing of goods. Getting long-term paying, satisfied and dissatisfied customers is one problem. Dissatisfied customers are welcome because they provide information on development needs. Let's dare to talk about problems and bring them up. All companies strive to show only the good sides of themselves. And on the internet, too, we are trying to make the pages polished to the last detail. It can also seem boring, you need a change. I guess we hope that companies will also bring up their problems and communication will be more open. Also, the fact that you aim for the same mold as others and everything is so official and conventional can be boring. At least smaller companies could be closer to people with their strengths and weaknesses. However, we are all flawed people and even companies are not perfect. I believe that all companies and staff strive to handle things as well as reasonably possible, it is not intended to show a glossy image of the company. I think it increases trust in companies, when problems can be publicly discussed and customers can be asked for ideas and suggestions for better service and product selection.

We also hope for handmade products that reflect the stamp of personality. Change is refreshing in this world forged in the same molds. A warm humanity is reflected in the lack. Products and communication that require technical precision, e.g. in healthcare, airplanes, security, etc., require as much completeness and certainty as possible. Although developing production technology has the potential to produce top-quality and, in the future, more personalized products tailored to each individual, there is also a need for works made with traditional craftsmanship. New technology requires energy, know-how, and investments, which cannot be done quickly. Large players initially have more resources to develop artificial intelligence. IoT, the Internet of Things, requires seamless information security, which is a big challenge. Currently, industrial automation is handled by internal systems that are disconnected from the general network. Many promises of the future are just being developed and some are already being tested. They will be used more widely when they become cheaper and become possible and reliable even for small and medium-sized operators. Future challenges and new methods also have plenty of problems that need solutions.

Time is a significant factor economically and environmentally

A company that is able to offer customers products and services that save time can succeed in these busy times. Time is also an economic factor. If working time is saved for more useful and productive work, it has great economic significance. Environmental problems are such a big threat already today and even more so in the near future that all communities, entrepreneurs, customers and citizens should have time to focus on them.

If we try to offer customers products that require a lot of study to implement in proportion to the benefit, the product will not be sold. If we switch to newer and newer versions too frequently, which again require a lot of study, companies will spend an enormous amount of time on data processing, for example, even if they use computers. We should stick to the good practices we have learned and are used to, and only when the innovation and improvement are of great importance, saving time and money for customers, is it worth implementing it.

If a new machine uses less electricity and saves time when it works significantly faster, it is worth getting rid of outdated systems and replacing them with new ones. On the other hand, learning is also worthwhile, as you learn to do things in better and more efficient ways, which will save you time and money in the future. It is worth checking and thinking about your working methods to see if they can be improved. You should not be too frugal and stingy, you should not save on the wrong things.

Customers and companies should not familiarize themselves with everything possible too deeply, but should specialize in some and have experienced experts and companies do many routine tasks. And if an area requires very long-term familiarization and learning, a company and an individual simply do not have enough time to achieve sufficient expertise.

Information acquisition takes a lot of time. There is fierce competition, which is why you have to stay up to date. Nowadays, surfing the Internet takes a lot of time, there is a lot of supply and options. A company that can communicate its products and services in a concise, clear, interesting and persuasive manner will succeed in the market. It takes a lot of time for companies to adapt their communication to be as time-saving as possible while still highlighting important aspects, but it is worth it. Learning how to search for information effectively on the Internet and from other sources also requires practice.

In product development, commercialization should not be left incomplete. The final touches, which take relatively little time, may be decisive in terms of sales. If a lot of time has already been sacrificed without results, you just have to continue thinking about how to make the product and service more interesting, more useful, easier to use, more time-saving and how to inform customers about them. If the product or service does not sell at all, you can develop it into a commodity for some other purpose using the same principles you have learned. Therefore, the time spent on development is not all wasted. Development is a good learning process, even if you cannot harvest the fruits immediately.

You have to learn to manage your time and focus on the essential and right things. Developing products and services that save time, money, health, and the environment is a truly great challenge for entrepreneurship!

DEALING WITH SOCIAL PROBLEMS AND IDEAZING

A brainstorming session of the entire nation should be organized to solve problems and to map and search for ideas, proposals and solution possibilities. We should put the wind in the ground with concrete measures initiated by society, and not just wait for the business world or the decision-makers to take care of the problems. Citizens, the state, municipality, companies, educational institutions, organizations of all parties should actively work together to eliminate social problems. Activators and leaders from society, who get citizens and communities to work together to solve problems. New ideas and improvement of the old ones are needed.

Unemployment and livelihood

Research what is brought to Finland from abroad, whether they contain products or services that could be produced in Finland. We should strive for greater self-sufficiency and independence from foreign trade. Groups of the unemployed should be assembled, from which new companies would be formed or they would be linked to already existing companies and institutions. It's hard to start trying alone, but with cooperation, miracles can be achieved. Different experts are put together. The labor market support would be doubled and in exchange for that, the unemployed would be put in a group to work on business activities and public benefit activities. Any possible undone work should be investigated. Work should be useful: generate income, increase health, improve the environment, raise morale, etc. Young people should definitely be employed or in developmental activities, so that they do not fall into the cycle of drugs, alcohol and crime and their professional careers develop. A person needs regular effort and effort in addition to rest and free time in order to maintain health. Research activities should be started to create jobs. There are also more opportunities for senior citizens to participate in some useful activity, even if part-time.

Everyone should have a thorough health check-up from time to time. Efforts should also be made to treat minor symptoms and predict future health. It should be found out whether the person eats healthily, does exercise, what problems the person has. Research on health-promoting supplements and diet should be continued and suitable food assortments and programs should be formed for different people to maintain health and to cure and prevent diseases. Institutions for physical and mental work for mental health patients, where the use of drugs would be minimized and, for example, physical work and exercise are naturally mind-refreshing and fitness-enhancing, in addition to a good diet and sufficient rest and the opportunity to talk about things. A fitness program for every citizen, which would include diet and exercise recommendations. Healthy food stores and canteens, from which it is easy to choose ready-made collections to maintain and promote health. Increase research activities and operating models, how a person stays in good shape, able to work and independent for as long as possible.

Morality and social peace

If crime, alcohol use, smoking and drugs can be reduced, a lot of money would be saved and it would prevent sickness in society. If all people have a meaningful mission in life and a sufficient livelihood, then social peace would also be better maintained. Already as a child and young person, one should learn and get used to work and effort and also to rest and refresh in a way that does not conflict with morals, spiritual and spiritual values and health. A life that is too difficult or too easy, worries, a bad conscience and bad relationships can make people feel sick. Eliminate age discrimination, gender discrimination, racial discrimination, discrimination due to disability and discrimination due to religion or opinion should be implemented better in practice. We should encourage marriages and increase living opportunities for families with children, but also for single people. In a large family, you grow more social, children learn from each other. The good moral upbringing of the child should be taken care of, neither harsh nor careless upbringing. Workplaces where children could also be with their parents and learn to work at an early age, combined workplace and day care centers.

Environment

What can be done to maintain and improve the good environment. All possibilities should be investigated and clarified. More people to the countryside, single-family houses with a nice garden around, rural living environment to be preferred, urbanization to be stopped. A rural environment, where there are enough friends and safety nets nearby, is the most ideal living environment for children and adults. In the city, lots are expensive for living and doing business, there is traffic noise and pollution, you don't have your own peaceful yard and a life close to nature as much as in the countryside. Cities should be made eco-cities and should also provide an appropriate number of services to the surrounding countryside.

Internationality

In cooperation internationally to solve problems both at home and abroad.

The Finnish language could be made into a shortened, regularized and simplified language that would be quick to learn and better suited to computer processing. E.g. Mä tee, sä tee, hä tee, mäi tee, säi tee häi tee = I do, you do, he does, we do, you do, they do, -i is the sign of the plural, etc. Ooko sä ? = are you? Tee se!= Do it! etc. Working group to take the idea forward.

The world should develop a new easy language: Basic concepts from which other words are derived. Writing corresponds to recitation. Inflections few and regular. Words more unambiguous. No synonyms or nuances are expressed with additional amounts. No homonyms. As many derived words as possible, however the words are usually quite short. Sonically, the words are beautiful and clearly stand out from the rest. Eg Ej = no Je = yes opposites are obtained by turning the words inside out. Aj oo = I am, Ja oo = you are. A development team assembled from different world languages to design a new easy world language. Learning the language would not take so much time, the language would be used in all countries.

What suggestions and ideas do others have? Are the ideas feasible and how will they be implemented? Why not implement ideas? Is there room to move things forward?

When the discussion was started, proposals could spawn new proposals. In order to implement proposals and ideas, surveys and plans should be made, also for making them with the participation of the whole nation. Are the problems handled by workers, groups made up of the unemployed, students, pensioners and anyone willing? The problems of unemployment, livelihood, health, environment and morality etc. must be solved as well and comprehensively as possible.

Solutions to difficult and large problems require cooperation, technology, know-how and modeling

Veikko J. Pyhtilä, 19 September 2017, Finland

System modeling

For example, researchers around the world collaborated in the human genetics project. The same can be thought about in solving environmental problems, health problems and, for example, the problem of unemployment. Without cooperation, solving problems can take too long or remain unresolved.

This site can serve in mapping the causes and factors of problems and searching for solution options. The results must be compiled and structured well, and they can be used to model the world.

Data processing technology and other technology help and make it possible to solve many difficult problems. Common sense, experience and solid basic knowledge are also prerequisites.

In systems biology, the aim is to comprehensively understand the working mechanisms of cells, by conducting extensive series of experiments and combining the obtained data with information technology methods. The goal is to model cells and whole organisms and in the future even ecosystems. This same idea can be applied to modeling any system. Although there are many factors, causes and consequences, developing technology, methods, know-how and cooperation make it possible to do even a huge amount of work effectively.

However, managing a large entity is difficult for humans to understand. It helps when you divide the whole into parts and get to know the object part by part and then learn the connection points to the other parts. This does require time, but it is very interesting and developing. I am now studying medicine bit by bit. After that, the plan is to get to know systems biology, biochemistry, artificial intelligence techniques, bioinformatics more deeply. But unfortunately, there is little time available. Little by little, however, you always learn something and the topics become more familiar.

You can also start with things that are easier for all people. For example, if the unemployment problem could be solved with the cooperation of a large number of people, all possible causes and solution options could be determined and modeled, we would better understand the problem and its points of connection.

Producers and consumers can greatly influence the solution of environmental problems. If all the products, methods and services that can be used to reduce environmental problems and good information about them for making purchase decisions could be collected, it would significantly help development and solutions to ecological problems. Why aren't the actors involved? Our site is not visible or credible enough at this early stage. If even a few actors can be involved at first, it would always attract more. If I had time, I would already do as much research as possible about the problems, their causes and solution options. It happens easiest and fastest when thousands of participants are involved. Besides, I can't actually post links to the pages of different operators without permission. Operators would benefit from getting more visitors and potential buyers through this site as well. Companies should acquire different types of customer groups with a wide range of values.

DEFORMED HUMOROUS DESIGN

Copyright Veikko J. Pyhtilä, Finland, 2016

When we look at a deformed piece of furniture, a dish, a tool, a building, etc., we start to laugh. And laughter prolongs life. It can also be the case that we cry. A person needs a variety of emotions. Illnesses can also develop psychosomatically and can be cured by suggestion.

A wise person is considered to be the one who does, behaves in the usual way and looks ordinary. Those who are deformed and behave unconventionally are considered crazy. But become fools and you will be wise. You learn from mistakes and nature develops from mistakes. When mutations occur in an organism, if the mutation is advantageous, the organism wins the competition in its environment and reproduces. However, mutation must not be uncontrollable, as in cancer, where there is overgrowth or a species takes over nature so much that there is no place for other species and the diversity of nature suffers. Similarly, if a company gets a monopoly position or a model gets such a dominant position, others have no chance of survival. In the same way, if greed and selfishness take over, then others have no chance to live, and in the end neither the greedy nor the selfish have days to live.

Regularly made is perhaps cheaper to manufacture than multi-shaped. But the combination of art, humor and form can be paid more. However, the product must be practical, potentially multi-purpose and safe. Multi-use is also ecological, because the same material and used energy benefit more. Today, 3D printing can be used to produce very individual models and products, and quite quickly, when 3D technology becomes cheaper and continues to develop, so inexpensively.

Even in nature there is regularity and deformity. There is genetic variation in individuals. Learn from nature, but you can also develop an unnatural one that adapts to the surrounding nature.

Get model protection for your design before publishing the images if you plan to start marketing the result of your design! There is an idea in the shapeless, humorous, artistic design. Start making products and put them on sale.

Increasing competitiveness within the company and in the company's operating environment

A COMPLEX NETWORK OF ACTIONS AND EFFECTS

Both the main lines and details of the measures should be reviewed with their effects and reflections. It would be worthwhile for society, the institution and the company to make a thorough investigation of the measures and their alternatives and their effects, including indirect, direct and long-term effects. They can be used to build a mental connection network with causes, consequences and weights. Do you know how to take into account all possible significant issues, you can map and supplement things. A simulation model could be built, which could be used to choose optimal options for different measures, causes and consequences. Things are not always as they appear roughly, by feel, by estimation, but a more thorough and extensive investigation and calculation is needed, which must be constantly updated according to the changed circumstances.

LABOR COSTS AND PURCHASING POWER

When salary costs and side costs are reduced, products and services can be sold cheaper both at home and abroad. Everyone's purchasing power increases because less money is needed for purchases. If more unemployed people can be put to work, they will also increase their purchasing power. When the unemployed get to work, they can have a lot of pent-up needs for consumption, so they can increase their purchasing power relatively more than the salary increases of those who have been working for a long time. The employee pays the employer more than just a salary, the salary must be multiplied by 1.8 to get an approximate cost information of what the employee pays to the company. However, when an employee is productive, he brings more income to the company than the costs, and that should be the case, otherwise the business itself is not profitable enough. If productivity can be increased, labor costs can also afford to rise.

OTHER COSTS

A lot can be saved when you are more thoughtful and competent in your purchases. Avoiding wrong investments and investments can result in big savings. The owners of the company should also think about the long-term development and solvency of the company when distributing dividends, they should put a sufficient part of the profits into the development of the company and not think about things short-term.

USE OF TIME

The more staff there are and the more time you can allocate to reasonable, correct things, the more you can get done. When things are practiced to be done faster and more rationally, time is saved. When the staff has a long employment relationship, the experience and working methods can be refined to be optimal. On the other hand, you can get stuck in bad work habits, you have to be ready for change and ready to accept even negative feedback. Development moves forward by finding, mapping and improving problem areas.

WISE CHOICE OF MATERIALS

Materials should be chosen for the products that are as durable as possible, have a good price-quality ratio, are environmentally friendly, are as suitable for the purpose as possible and also have the latest best technology, if they provide better properties and increase competitiveness.

GOOD WORKING METHODS, TOOLS AND PROCESSES

A work study can be used to find out the work stages, whether there is unnecessary work. How could it be better. Are there better methods and tools to do the job.

GOOD LEADERSHIP, ORGANIZATION AND EXPERT, UP-TO-DATE DIVERSIFIED STAFF

Management must be competent, up-to-date, rich in ideas, well-versed in the processes, methods and products, services of their entire area of responsibility. All the time, you have to follow the time, how the world's development is moving forward. You have to develop and look for better solutions all the time. Or at least so that before the end of the product's life cycle, a new competitive product must have been developed and put on the market to replace the outdated one.

The entire staff must also develop their own skills and knowledge on their own, and the company can encourage and guide them by providing learning materials and time. Or if studying and acquiring knowledge takes place in your free time and studying helps the company achieve better results, then the employer can encourage it with salary increases. You can also learn and develop at work by doing and experimenting, the more stimulating and rich in development tools the work environment is, the better. How to get the entire staff to cooperate better. Also the company's networking and cooperation with other companies, research institutes and educational institutions. It is good for the staff to consist of both young, middle-aged and old people and a wide variety of versatile people, in which case there can be more views, know-how and ideas.

GOOD WORKABILITY, HEALTH, ENJOYMENT AND COMMITMENT AT WORK

Optimized individual dietary guidelines could be prepared for the staff based on the variability of the diet or at least according to general nutritional recommendations. Nowadays, there are already companies abroad that give nutritional recommendations individually according to the variability of genes, although this does not yet have a strong scientific basis. It comes all the time new, more detailed research information on the connection between diet and health. Diet affects the ability to think, alertness, state of mind, illness, etc. Lifestyle, adequate exercise, rest, and sobriety also contribute to well-being. The staff should have good interpersonal relationships, problems should be discussed more openly. Involve the entire staff in the search for ideas, development and decision-making, at least in such a way that the wishes of the employees are listened to and taken into account. When ergonomics, working methods and methods do not cause wear and tear and avoid exposure to harmful substances, etc., the condition remains better. Air conditioning, lighting, sounds, a calm, stimulating workplace also help with work efficiency and reduce strain.

FIRST OF ALL, YOU MUST GET CUSTOMERS AND PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT SUIT THEIR NEEDS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. ETHICS ARE CONSIDERED AND YOU PURCHASE AS NEARLY AS POSSIBLE.

You have to listen to the market and customers. Market niches and improvement proposals for products and services must be mapped. There must be good, clear information about products and services for customers and also for our own staff and sellers.

Competition and operations must be ethical, ecological and the company must have a good image. When a company favors local actors in its purchases and operations, it supports the vitality of its own region, which is reflected positively back in the company's operational possibilities. When a company supports the surrounding society, society can offer the company a better and more competitive operating environment. When a company supports universities, colleges and vocational schools, it can get trained staff and development contributions. Businesses should also be connected to educational institutions, which finance education and research. And the students would get coaching for business operations, being at work and practical problems, instead of too much theory.

Biodiversity should be increased and used more globally

Veikko J. Pyhtilä, 11 January 2020

The impoverishment of biota should be prevented by investigating how their viability could be promoted through cultivation, education and conservation measures. I don't support clear-cutting of forests, but I do support thinning, when the undergrowth revives and binds more carbon and prevents the soil from potentially releasing as much carbon as from clear-cut areas. In a thinned forest, there will be more lingonberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc. vegetation, in an old forest that is too dense, not at all. Mushrooms also grow better when forests are not cleared. There will be lingonberries around the old stumps, even in dry summers, and blueberries in moist bog forests. In frosty years, the border forest of the bog will be struck better than the open bog. Old trees get plant diseases and warm winters as climate change progresses increase the number of pests. Forestry machines should be articulated, so that the tracks and tires do not spoil the forest land. Some wild forests can be nature reserves. It should be possible to regulate the water flow in forest ditches with dams, so that in dry summers, sufficient moisture can be obtained to remain in bog forests and other forests as a prerequisite for the growth of berries and mushrooms and to control the greenhouse gases released from the soil. However, the trees must grow well in order to obtain materials for wood construction and furniture, clothing and other purposes that bind carbon for a long time. Thinned young forest understory and seed trees produce more branches and needle-leaf material as a forest soil amendment that sequester carbon than old-growth forest alone. More detailed research should be done on these issues for different types of forests and growing places, so that we can be more sure of the right proportions. Research should not be biased according to people's opinions and different interest groups. When harvesting, the branch can also be used.

There could be reserve water ponds in cultivated areas, from which irrigation water could be taken in dry seasons and rainwater could be stored in them during wet seasons. There are many plants in nature that could be used more to promote health. The goal should be for every adult Finn to have half a cubic meter of freezer full of both forest and garden berries. Berries should be eaten fresh at least a glass a day. There are also a huge number of other plants that have a very versatile health-protecting and promoting effect. However, there are also poisonous plants. So there should be education and study to learn how to utilize nature's gifts. In this case, it would have the effect that people's ability to work, study ability, self-employment and other well-being would last for a long time and save society costs and generate income from natural products, including their export abroad. Exercising in nature also increases fitness and mental well-being. Long-term study, research and experience are needed, and it has already been accumulated over millennia to know how to utilize nature's gifts in the best possible way and in different combinations. There are many similar compounds in plants, so you don't necessarily need to eat all the different plants in the world, but it would be good to know their special characteristics, in which case you can find suitable combinations to help with the most diverse health problems and their prevention.

Natural plants also provide materials, useful chemicals either as such or processed. The whole earth should be revived with an abundance of organisms. The abundance of plant and animal species in all regions, wastelands and deserts should be increased. Microbes also play an important role in nature as a whole, and they provide a lot of benefits in business life, cleaning up pollution, etc. So there could also be more microbe farms, bioprocessing plants, as synthetic biology and other research progresses.

Finland has a fairly short growing season, so should greenhouse, apartment and balcony cultivation be increased? In them, you could also experiment and study the cultivation and benefits of exotic plants. However, the harmfulness of alien species to Finnish nature should be ensured so that they do not spread. You have to be able to combat plant diseases and pests with natural methods. The diversity of natural and cultivated plants also helps to adapt against climate change and extreme weather phenomena. Let's make greenhouses where all food production could be produced in the form of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, trace elements and other useful biochemicals, in addition to what grows wild at this northern latitude. Fish farming, mushroom production, game and domestic animals are also needed. More people should move to the countryside and stop overcrowding the cities. Eco-village communities should be established in the countryside and in the vicinity of small towns, where there are both children, young people and old people. Telecommunication and small-scale industry as it develops, the countryside will get along well, good services can be secured there as well. When people stay healthier longer, health and care services are not needed as much. Village communities can be optimized in terms of both human and natural well-being. When cities remain smaller, they too can be made healthier places for people and nature. All of this requires people's enthusiasm, funding, cooperation and active participation. This could also happen partly on the basis of hobby and volunteer work as a larger community that brings together smaller communities interactively, sharing experience, resources and ideas. Leaders from society and activists are also needed to start development projects.

Nowadays, there is a lot of gene editing going on, but there is no long-term experience with how they affect the ecosystem and humans. It is safer to learn to utilize the existing plants and other organisms that are already in nature and are well adapted to it, with millennia of experience. The safest, most and best available organisms have filtered into human food. Poisonous and harmful ones have been left out of the diet, although they can be used medicinally in small amounts.

The versatile compounds of plants have a combined effect on health, better than isolating and using some active substances. You feel better in your body when you have been able to eat fresh berries, fruits, various herbs, roots, and leaves. You have to study and try phytoterpy. We would need places where you can do research, taste different natural products and experience how they affect you both in the short and long term individually according to genetics and epigenetics, how genetics and diet determine whether genes are on or off. Based on research and experience, you should be able to make action models of what you should eat, how much, in what combinations, at what time rhythm individually. Experience should be gathered from it, which could be deepened with artificial intelligence and new but correct correlations could be found. Nowadays, they can be studied even more and more precisely at the cellular level, and their biochemistry can be determined. In this way, you can learn to control people's health more accurately and better with natural products.

Study science, knowledge and skills for problems

Veikko J. Pyhtilä, 19 October 2018

I have heard of a top scientist who had not studied at university, but read a lot of scientific literature and was able to do and implement things. So you can progress even by self-study, and that's a lot of it regardless, even though you're in education. Nowadays, there is a lot of information available online and in libraries. It's worth buying an up-to-date, good science textbook, because you don't necessarily get good study material for free. But you can get started with free older versions of books and free materials on the Internet.

There is a lot of established basic knowledge in the natural sciences that does not become obsolete. Sometimes the theory can change and will continue to change as research progresses. You can get the latest information from scientific articles, but reading and understanding them properly may require that you first have studied the basic knowledge and concepts of the field. When you read literature in a foreign language, your language skills also develop. Similarly, reading and thinking is good brain exercise and an interesting hobby.

So in theory you can study independently if you have good learning materials. However, experiments in many sciences require a laboratory, instruments, reagents, etc. and good occupational safety. If only there were a public laboratory where an ordinary citizen, a science enthusiast, could do experiments and learn things in practice. However, laboratory users should have a safety test and supervision to prevent accidents. Each user should pay their own share for the consumption of materials. Even hobbyists could set up a laboratory together.

There are good things in the current education system: Teachers can guide studying, put together good teaching materials, explain difficult things so they can be understood, emphasize essential things. Educational institutions have tools that are needed for science studies and experiments. Education is paid for from society's funds. The public economy is currently in debt to the state of almost 107 billion euros, and there are also the debts of the municipalities, it cannot always be thought that more money will be added from public funds to science, research and education. Company owners should think about development and avoid distributing excessively large dividends and invest money in learning materials, science, research and development so that companies can be competitive in the future as well. There is also a lot of private debt. In good times, you should save more so that in bad times you can afford something.

Employees should also think about profitability and competitiveness, not to demand excessive benefits, or even by coercive means. Others have the right to fossilize their jobs and benefits, and others have to fossilize into long-term unemployment and live below the subsistence level. There should be more opportunities for the long-term unemployed to get a job, so that career development is not interrupted and skills develop when gaining work experience, then there would be more skilled labor available. Employees, managers and company owners should take their own initiative to develop their professional skills, study and follow the times in a wide area, in order to understand the phenomena of society and nature as a whole with their laws. In this case, you don't live in a bubble and live beyond your financial possibilities and natural resources, you see beyond your own nose. In this case, many social conflicts are better resolved when problems and their solution options are deeply understood and known from many different perspectives. They increase the mutual understanding of the opposite parties and reduce the escalation of bad relations between people and groups of people. When you have received reliable and unbiased information from many different perspectives, you can justify things better. In this case, good reasoning can constructively move things forward. It's not a good idea to give too much power to emotions and use violence. I think strikes, lockouts and other coercive measures are violence. Learn to justify objectively and fairly without biasing your own point of view too much, then things can be moved forward more efficiently. You can't always go downhill, there will also be uphills, when sometimes you get more benefits for yourself, sometimes you also have to give them up for the common good of your country and the whole world.

I encourage studying and also engaging in lifelong learning, every actor can encourage this to others. It has been researched that you learn 10% in theory and 90% by doing, at least in computer programming - this varies from branch to branch. A solid theory base and a deep understanding of it helps and facilitates practical experiments and from them you get stimuli for ideas, you don't have to start learning the hard way. It's worth studying many different fields in an interdisciplinary way, but you also need to focus on a particular area, because an individual does not have enough time for everything. Studying requires persistence and patience, many things are difficult to understand and assimilate, there is a huge amount of information and its amount is increasing all the time at an accelerating pace. You have to start from the basics and study the essentials piece by piece, so that things become more and more familiar. They repeat themselves, become versatilely described and explained when you read from several different sources. Dividing the problem into sub-problems also helps in solving them.

I myself have done a lot of self-study, e.g. computing, mathematics, medicine, natural sciences. At the moment, I have focused on self-studying biochemistry and green chemistry for a few hours on weekdays, they have a basis in e.g. synthetic biology, genetic engineering, medicine, pharmacy, ecology, solutions to health and environmental problems, development of new products and materials. Admittedly, it takes a lot of time, but I already have a lot of basic information, because I have self-studyed a lot and extensively for decades. I will never become a complete scholar, I feel that my knowledge is just like scraps from different fields.

If only we could achieve sustainable, even, equitable and stable development for both ourselves and all other people at home, in our hometown, in our homeland, on the earth and in the entire universe and in the present, in the future and in eternity. Science, research, development, study and experiments help in obtaining and applying new and old knowledge and good experiences.

What are you or something is like, would you like to be or something should be, wouldn't you like to be or something shouldn't be?

There is always room for change, development and room for improvement. Examine yourself or another object and evaluate! You can also score with values 0-5, from least to most some characteristic and yes is k and no is e. You can make an assessment of yourself, others, company, operator, institution, society, the world, the state of affairs, activities, etc.

How are you when you contribute or don't contribute to moving this site forward with your knowledge, thoughts, ideas, advice, or links in descriptive sentences? How do you do or act? Stimuli for research, thinking, development, ideation.

Read the following list with your mind, it will stimulate your thinking, your ability to pay attention. Like a chain reaction, ideas, thoughts, actions begin to emerge, if we get others involved. Do I effectively and creatively lead to positive action, do I inspire or make reluctant. Words have power, words have an effect, words can have an effect. Words convey information. Picked from the most common words in the Finnish language and supplemented, if expressions from basic words have come to mind. It's true that the words are in a jumbled order, but that's how a painting can be chaotic and it still needs to be structured somehow. When solving problems, we can encounter chaos that needs to be understood and resolved. The second left column of the following table does not always have positive expressions, nor does the right column always have negative expressions. You can modify the table for the better and remove and add expressions, arrange it in a better order. Does this make any sense or is it so clever that it cannot be understood? Emotions can also be processed and these can evoke feelings as well as thoughts. It is good to learn how to deal with negative emotions and utilize positive emotions. A good state of mind and diversity of thoughts help to be creative and active

MUCH TO IMPROVE?

PROBLEMS = O, SOLUTIONS = R

O Customers don't always know exactly what they need.

O Automation and rationalization reduce jobs, require a lot of capital, advanced training and development of software and equipment.

O The fruits are brought from far away, they are often picked raw and ripened artificially, so their nutritional value is not necessarily that good.

O You get tired and blinded by the great graphic and abundant flood of information.

O An idea is only relevant when it has been implemented in practice and then benefited from it.

O People are not enthusiastic to solve problems together, things do not progress and unemployment cannot be eliminated.

O There is a lot of information on the Internet and repetition of the same, searching takes a lot of time.

O Clarity about oneself, but in practice it is not delivered in such a way that in good times one would save, and in bad times there would be room to use savings for consumption.

O Everything should be entertainment and play, work and study too, where do we go?

O Transport requires energy and consumes the environment more the longer the transport distance.

O Too much, pushy advertising annoys, can even drive customers away.

O You can get bored with too much pictorial information.

O The sound of traffic takes away the peace of nature

O Agricultural and forestry problems

O The market situation changes and fluctuates and the tasks can be of a project nature, when the project ends, it will not necessarily be replaced by a new one with the same amount of employment.

O Many pages are filled with advertisements, there are too many scattered links and content on the same page.

O Can society afford to leave the unemployed unutilized.

O Passive and indifferent, do not actively participate in the management of common issues.

O Advanced home automation with robots can also consume more energy and raw materials, and daily exercise that keeps you healthy will be less.

O Risks exist that may only be revealed within decades.

O The amount of information is large, you should know how to extract the necessary information from it, even in a narrow field there is a lot to study.

O Science hobby is not really possible except by reading the theory, it has to be in the university books.

O There is a lot of information and ideas, but they are fragmented.

O People often imitate others and do not do things on their own.

O New technology requires study, tools with which ideas can be implemented.

O Things that seem difficult are dreaded, even though they improve when you put in the effort, and then new technology can seem quite easy to use, even programs that seem difficult to use.

O Misinvestments are a loss for individuals, companies and society.

O We underestimate our own importance, and yet even a small spark of an idea can create a lot of jobs and profitable business.

O Even one purchase can have a chain-reaction-like effect. It removes the vicious circle and gives work and money to spend.

O It takes a huge amount of time for one person to develop an advanced commodity.

O Over-enthusiasm about the idea, but when you find out in more detail the possibilities of implementing the idea, you can notice that the idea was not very reasonable or sellable.

O Environmental problems will become even more prominent in the future and solutions are urgently needed.

O Even an entrepreneur can do a lot of free work before starting to get an income.

O A smart robot of the future gets malware or a glitch and becomes violent, breaking places and abusing its users.

R In brainstorming, you can deviate from the usual and find new strange ideas by making yourself laugh, for example.

R You have to learn how to manage your time too, when you do a lot, have a lot of hobbies, find the fastest and best ways to work, this way you will save time in the future, even though it has taken time to read and learn the instructions.

R Thinking is developing, writing is developing.

R Increasing activity and knowledge to take care of common issues

R Activity: study, come up with ideas, acquire information, have good social relationships and join networks.

R At first, you don't always know what the product will be like in the end and you have to do a lot of experiments and demos of different options.

R At first, you could make a demo and map out whether the customers are enthusiastic about the product and only then start developing.

R Professional skills have to be developed all the time and must be kept up-to-date, as technology and methods develop rapidly.

R Gives stimulation when you look at what is being done elsewhere, what others have accomplished.

R Values, ethics in increasing and maintaining jobs

R Customers need to be helped to find the products and services they want, and they need to be given incentives for new goods and new ways of use and destinations.

R Automation and rationalization reduce work, and if it increases income, that income should be used to create some other job, otherwise society will inevitably end up with no job for everyone.

R Automation is suitable for high-quality standard products, mass production, where fine mechanical devices are more precise than humans, and humans can't even do it all the time.

R Profits from automation should be taxed more heavily so that the growing social costs can be covered.

R An automatic intelligent idea generator that combines things in a new way, but their reasonableness will have to be examined by humans, unless the artificial intelligence goes so far that it can already evaluate the reasonableness.

R Bio-based and biodegradable process chemicals, fillers and binders

R There is a lot to research and develop in life sciences -> improving health, solving environmental problems, etc.

R We proceed both from the bottom up and from the top down.

R It is cheaper to make the elements in the factory as serial production, but now in 3D, which enables individual small-scale production profitably.

R We do not do useless work, but work that is useful.

R Do not duplicate work or take bread from others.

R A product developer does not always have to be highly educated.

R You don't necessarily need to read and learn a lot of theories, when you just start to think practically with common peasant sense independently about what you are going to do.

R You shouldn't rely on the fact that you have completed your degrees well and received good reviews in aptitude tests, but you have to continue self-development throughout your life and use your skills to achieve results.

R There would be more money for retirees if all those able to work were in productive work.

R Life in its diversity is varied, rich, you can't get bored.

R I don't think Finns are poor in ideas.

R Constant use and reading of the English language are essential in today's internationalized world.

R Several significant products and services in terms of problem solutions will be presented and sold.

R Directory of products and services as broad as possible for a versatile view of solutions to problems.

R Fine-tuned, it can save energy and raw materials, especially if recycled materials and renewable natural materials are used as raw materials, resource efficiency.

R You could combine practicality, humor and art in furniture design.

R By jumping into making and acquiring information, more ideas that can be implemented realistically are generated even at the grassroots level, and not just on paper and potentially unrealistic.

R Well-structured, coordinated and organized solutions help manage the jungle of business life.

R There is enough development in welfare services.

R Good classification and structuring, so that information can be found better and managed better.

R Good division of labor.

R It is good that investments are also made in developing countries, so that they can also afford to buy products made in Finland and the company gets markets from abroad.

R Good relationships both at home and at work, and your mind is free from worries and burdens and you are healthy, help you to cope at work, to concentrate well on work.

R The idea can be simple.

R Ideas start to spread when you start thinking and discussing.

R There are many ideation and product development methods, and there are plenty of instructions for them on the internet.

R Art that promotes ideation

R There is no need to be afraid to bring ideas out, the details of their implementation are professional secrets, so that competitors do not benefit from the development work that required a lot of resources.

R Ideas and job opportunities are found by mapping problems and looking for solutions.

R Ideas can be found in chaos, by chance, by deviating from the usual ways, but also purposefully in a very systematic, organized, structured way.

R Ideas can be taken forward by further development.

R A person needs mental hobbies, brain gymnastics and physical exercise to stay in shape.

R A person too, the more knowledge and experience he acquires, the greater the opportunity he has to create new combinations and ideas, and the more, he has the inspiration to create new and improve the old.

R The information should be short, clear and concise at the upper level, from which you can then go to more detailed information at a lower level if necessary.

R Search the Internet to find business ideas.

R Intuition, the ability to understand oneself, the ability to reason develops when learning to use objects that are difficult to learn.

R Already developed product ideas and researched knowledge for use.

R Even as a child it would be good to learn how to work and to see effort.

R For those who can afford to spend, it would be worthwhile to put the money into circulation, as long as it does not consume the environment.

R Everyone engaged in some useful activity

R Every unemployed or threatened worker should find a field to focus on and specialize in.

R If welfare can be distributed more evenly and people give up unnecessary consumption, people could get by on lower incomes and the environment would be saved.

R There are many top experts among the unemployed, or they become such when they are allowed to be in positions that develop their skills for a long time.

R Unemployed groups for working on entrepreneurship, ideation, planning.

R Unemployed even for part-time work.

R Even if I have a job and a good living, everyone has to take responsibility for the state of society as a whole, because we are still in the same boat.

R The company's shares should be retained in domestic ownership and staff ownership should be increased, so that decision-making power would not be transferred to shareholders who do not think about the common good but about the size of the dividends they receive.

R Companies would collect a reserve fund in good times, and not distribute so much dividend, so in bad times, the reserve fund could be invested in research, product development, staff training and business development.

R Companies, society and the whole world could agree on production quotas and which production suits which region of the world best, it would reduce too much competition, it could make the economy more stable and companies could develop their operations in the long term.

R Companies go bankrupt and new ones take their place.

R Smart paper, cardboard and wood products.

The purpose of life

Even if a person were to receive all temporal good, he would still not be happy in the end. Only the fact that a person has the hope of eternal life truly gives meaning to life. In this time, there are a huge number of people who lack a sure hope of reaching eternal bliss. People who have the peace given by the Holy Spirit in their souls can also help those who do not have this peace to achieve it. Once that has been achieved, it is good to also do temporal work and work to build society and solve problems.

So, first try to get your own affairs in order, then you will be enthusiastic about helping others. But cooperation and active participation with others also help in solving your own problems. An individual cannot solve all their problems alone and with their own resources.

Yes, people are on social media a lot, but does that lead them to useful activities for the benefit of society and themselves? Even the current level of society will not survive if people become increasingly passive and an ever smaller group even bothers to vote and participate in the management of common affairs.

In modern times, we are faced with such great global problems that affect everyone that all people are needed to solve them. We also want to influence people's values and lead them to find the best purpose in life.

People should be aware of their condition. What kind of spirit a person is in. Is he being led astray and destroyed by his own corrupt nature, the evil world, and evil spirits, both temporally and eternally? Be aware of the influences and forces that make evil look and feel good and good seem evil falsely. A person can be so blinded, so entangled in the chains of the forces of darkness that he does not even feel worried about his condition. Or a person is completely hopeless and does not even strive to achieve something better. Some may even hope for death, although death does not solve problems if there is no guaranteed place in heaven after death. Many people think that this life is everything and that after death there is nothing left. But after death there are really only two places, of which only one will a person end up. God has revealed it through his prophets, apostles and above all his son Jesus with his Holy Spirit. God also reveals himself in his own conscience, in nature, in the stages of nations and individuals.

Since the purpose of our site is not to help solve only the problems of this time, there are also many links and writings here on solutions that will last forever. How empty it would be if we only focused on solutions to the problems of this passing time. If religious matters drive people away, then people will act foolishly towards themselves and their neighbors. It may be nice to live in this time of false happiness, but when it does not last forever. So we definitely have to take the perspective of eternity into account. It is already getting boring, but understand that heaven is the most valuable goal and it is hoped that people will make the right choices during the time of grace, because in eternity you can no longer change sides. And yes, here we still actively participate in solving the problems of the world today and enjoy this life as a gift from God, as much as is reasonably possible without jeopardizing the ultimate goal.
